He worked as a Senior Resident for 3 years at the reputed Dr. RML hospital in New Delhi where he did numerous surgeries including primary and complex trauma, joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, spine and other orthopedic infections, and tumor surgeries. Dr. Saksham Mittal is the Best Orthopedic Doctor in Delhi and received training in Ilizarov application from ASAMI. He has been awarded a CURE certificate for the management of congenital clubfoot.
